Here’s the short version: We provide AI consulting, automation setup, and media creation services — but you’re in control of your own self-hosted systems and accounts. We’ll deliver AI-powered outputs for you to review, but we can’t guarantee they’re perfect or fit for every purpose.
Our content and branding remain ours unless we agree otherwise, and payment terms are outlined in your specific agreement. By working with us, you’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy and to follow these Terms.

1) Services Provided
AI Oughta offers AI consulting, automation design, and media creation services.
2) Self‑Hosted Automations & Third‑Party Tools
If you self-host n8n or maintain your own accounts with AI or automation providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, Microsoft), you are solely responsible for:
Security and backups of your data
Compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Any costs associated with those accounts
We do not store or control the data processed in your self‑hosted systems.
3) AI‑Powered Outputs
Our services may produce outputs such as text, images, audio, summaries, or structured data using AI models. These outputs may be for creative, informational, or operational use. They are provided “as‑is,” without guarantees of accuracy or suitability for your specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.
4) Intellectual Property
All original AI Oughta content, branding, and designs remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. AI‑powered outputs we create for you may be used in accordance with the terms outlined in your project agreement.
5) Payments
Any fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are defined in your specific service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Oughta is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
Your use or misuse of AI‑powered outputs
Security breaches or data loss in your self‑hosted systems
Issues caused by third‑party service providers
7) Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which includes information about your rights under the GDPR and CCPA. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and understand how your personal information may be collected, used, and protected.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
